My Story

I’ve always loved sport, but for years I never felt at home in the gym. Once I caught the bug, everything changed. Training became more than just exercise; it became something I genuinely enjoyed and wanted to share. I started by helping friends and they encouraged me to gain my personal training qualifications to complement my work as a nutritionist. Now I get to do what I love and work with clients of varying ages and abilities, combining fitness and nutrition to help people feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

 

 

I know first-hand how frustrating injuries, aches and the challenges of getting older can be. But also, how important strength training is for staying active. I regularly collaborate with rehabilitation professionals to build the safest and most effective training plans.

​

 

But most of all, I love showing people that the gym isn’t scary; it should be a safe space where you can feel supported, build resilience and discover what your body can do. It’s never too late to start.
