The 1-2-1 clinic features four cozy treatment rooms—three designed for manual therapists and one tailored for talking therapists.
Additionally, there is a cutting-edge gym and rehabilitation facility available for personal training sessions and classes.

Recently renovated, the clinic and gym offer treatment rooms equipped with dimmable lighting, allowing for a choice between warm white for a calming atmosphere or cool white for a more clinical environment.

Studio Pricing

Available to hire per hour for PT clients (£16/hour) (the gym can accommodate up to 4 PTs along with their clients at any one time).

The gym can also be hired exclusively for a PT to run large group classes of up to 12 people £32/hour
