Change can be easier than you think………..
Some people believe you are the way you are and that is it. Are you one of these people?
I believe we are adapting and changing all the time in our lives. Are you the same person you were 5 or 10 years ago… I doubt it. So that means we can change the way we are if we want to.
We all have habits…some can be helpful….some can be unhelpful……my approach is based on NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming ) and Cognitive Hypnotherapy and in my model of the world changing the way we think, feel and behave is something we can all do but sometimes it can be difficult to do it on our own.
Cognitive hypnotherapy is a solution focused approach and is useful in helping you to break out of any unhelpful, restrictive behaviour patterns that are affecting your life. You are a unique individual and so I will tailor my sessions with you to suit your particular style and needs to support the changes you want to make.
