Pilates Classes and Prices
Classes
A course consists of 6 x 1 hour lessons - one day a week for 6 weeks. We can offer evening and daytime courses for all levels of ability. Available Classes: Monday at 7.15pm or Wednesday at 10am.
Complete beginners will need to undertake one session with the instructor on a one-to-one basis prior to starting the course and there will be a one off charge for this payable directly to the instructor. Classes can be started at any point in the course and are charged pro-rata. So you can be a complete beginner or an experienced participant and you can start whenever you choose.
Venue
The group sessions are held in the upstairs studio at St.Nicholas Church Hall, Summer Road, Thames Ditton KT7 0QQ. There is plenty of parking on site.
Individual Tuition
This is available in the Gym at the Clinic
Prices
A course of 6 x 1 hour lessons is £60 payable in advance.
One-off individual lesson for beginners with an Instructor prior to course £30.
Regular One-To-One instruction is £45 per session - contact Clinic for details (bulk bookings will be discounted).
