Members gym
The clinic offers a fully equipped members’ gym for your excusive use. Suited for those people who want a more relaxed and personal training experience. There can only be a maximum of two people in the gym at any one time and so a booking system is used to allocate gym time to its members.
A full induction is given and a free personal fitness programme is specifically designed with the members goals in mind. A free monthly weight and body fat composition check can be arranged to help show progress and to keep up motivation.
The equipment includes ‘Life Fitness’ cardio machines, height adjustable cable machines and free weights. There is also DVD and music system facilities so you can watch or listen to your own stuff. There is also a shower for people who would want to train during the day and return to work.
Personal trainers are available to help you attain your goals and to increase your training intensity. Please note that P.T. is not included in the gym price.
Fees
One-off £30.00 induction fee
Then £30.00 / month (standing order).
You get the use of the gym when Clinic is open from 9.30 till 5.30 Monday to Friday and 9.30 till 1.00 on Saturday.
